2. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not therapy or counseling and does not constitute medical advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice for any mental health or medical concerns.

3. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and client information are strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law. However, clients should be aware that electronic communications, including email and online platforms, may not be completely secure.

4. Payment and Cancellation: Clients agree to pay for coaching services as outlined in the agreed-upon payment plan. Payment is due before or at the time of each coaching session. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the full session fee may be charged.

5. Intellectual Property: All content provided by Crystal Sims, including written materials, videos, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Crystal Sims and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Disclaimer: Coaching is a partnership designed to help clients achieve their goals, but results cannot be guaranteed. Crystal Sims is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.

7. Amendments: Crystal Sims reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of coaching services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.
