Hi, I'm Crystal.

I'm a speaker, entrepreneur, and LCS certified life coach, but I've always been a student first. I've spent more than 25 years building businesses, and I've never stopped reading books, taking courses, and looking for the next idea worth exploring.

I co-founded Evolution Body Piercing in Albuquerque in 1999, and what started as one small studio has grown into a two-location business with a team I'm genuinely proud of. It didn't happen by accident. It happened because I got serious about building systems, developing my people, and learning how to lead without burning myself out in the process.

Now I share what I've learned with other body art professionals and studio owners through courses, workshops, coaching, and (soon) a membership community. My focus is always the same: helping you build a business that's easier to run, so you can grow and reach your goals without sacrificing your sanity, your relationships, or your very last fuck.
